Returns & Cancellations
Because every Ryvik Forged wheel is configured and produced for a specific order, cancellations and returns are limited once the build enters production.
Before production
A cancellation or specification change may be requested before production begins. Approval depends on the current order status and any design, engineering, payment-processing, or material costs already incurred.
After production begins
Once machining, material allocation, finishing, or other production work has begun, the order is considered custom and generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for preference, sizing changes, or customer-provided fitment errors.
Changes to specifications
Changes to diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, finish, hardware, or vehicle application must be approved in writing. Approved changes may alter the price and restart the production estimate.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved specification. Keep all original packaging and do not mount tires or install the wheels until the issue has been reviewed.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Ryvik Forged’s control.
Final-sale items
Custom finishes, bespoke engineering, replacement single wheels, clearance products, and wheels that have been mounted, installed, altered, or refinished are final sale except where required by law or covered by an approved warranty claim.
