Limited Warranty
Ryvik Forged wheels are made for precision fitment and long-term use. Our limited warranty addresses verified manufacturing defects while clearly separating normal wear, misuse, and external damage.
Structural coverage
Ryvik Forged warrants the original purchaser against verified structural manufacturing defects under normal road use for the period stated on the final sales invoice or order agreement.
Finish coverage
Verified finish defects originating from manufacturing may be covered during the applicable finish-warranty period. Finish coverage does not include normal aging, road debris, brake dust etching, harsh chemicals, improper cleaning, corrosion caused by neglected damage, or environmental exposure.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to curb or impact damage, potholes, collisions, motorsport use, improper tire mounting, incorrect installation, over-torqued hardware, vehicle modifications, incorrect load use, unauthorized repair, refinishing, or damage caused by third-party products or services.
Claim requirements
A claim requires the original order information, clear photographs, vehicle details, tire specifications, installation information, and any other documentation reasonably needed to evaluate the issue. The wheel may need to be returned for inspection before a determination is made.
Available remedies
After inspection, Ryvik Forged may repair, refinish, replace, or deny the claim depending on the verified cause and applicable coverage. Cosmetic matching of an aged finish cannot be guaranteed.
Important limitation
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the written terms supplied with the order. Installation and continued use of a visibly damaged wheel are the customer’s responsibility.
