Shipping & Production
Every Ryvik Forged wheel is built to order. This page explains what happens after your configuration is submitted, from fitment review through final delivery.
Order review
Before production begins, each order is reviewed for the selected vehicle, wheel dimensions, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake package, and requested finish. We may contact you for additional vehicle or brake information before approving the build.
Production timeline
Standard estimated production time is 6–8 weeks after the order and fitment details are approved. Complex finishes, special hardware, engineering revisions, supply conditions, holidays, or quality-control rework may extend the estimate. Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Made-to-order process
Your wheels are machined and finished specifically for your order. Updates may be provided at major production milestones, but daily production tracking is not available.
Shipping
Standard shipping is available for every order. Expedited shipping may be selected in the wheel configurator for an additional $100 per wheel. Other shipping charges are calculated based on destination, wheel quantity, construction, and packaging requirements. Tracking is provided after the completed order has passed final inspection and is collected by the carrier.
Delivery inspection
Inspect every package before installation. Photograph visible box damage and wheel damage immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can document the carrier claim and determine the next step.
International orders
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance unless otherwise stated in writing. Transit time may vary due to customs processing.
