Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, or use the site to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Product information
We work to present accurate descriptions, renders, finishes, dimensions, and availability. Screen appearance, lighting, material variation, production tolerances, and photography may cause differences between displayed and completed products.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Ryvik Forged may request additional information, correct errors, reject incompatible specifications, limit quantities, or cancel an order when fulfillment is not reasonably possible. An order is accepted when confirmed through the applicable sales process.
Customer-provided information
You are responsible for accurate vehicle, brake, suspension, tire, and fitment information. Recommendations rely on the information supplied and cannot account for undisclosed modifications, prior bodywork, alignment settings, tire variation, or vehicle manufacturing tolerances.
Pricing and payment
Prices, shipping, taxes, deposits, and payment terms are shown at checkout or in the approved quote. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before fulfillment. Chargebacks or payment disputes do not replace the required support and warranty process.
Installation and use
Wheels must be inspected and installed by qualified professionals using compatible tires, hardware, torque procedures, and vehicle specifications. The customer is responsible for safe installation, periodic torque checks, maintenance, and compliance with local laws.
Intellectual property
Ryvik Forged names, logos, site design, product content, renders, photographs, and written material are owned by or licensed to Ryvik Forged and may not be copied, sold, or commercially reused without permission.
Limitation and updates
To the extent permitted by law, remedies and liability are limited by the written order, warranty, and applicable law. These terms may be updated, and the version in effect when an order is accepted will govern that transaction.
